Community Baby Shower
The Partnership for Children of Lenoir and Greene Counties is excited to host a Community Baby Shower on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at 10:00am-12:00pm. The Community Baby Shower is a free event for families who are expecting or who have a newborn 0-12 months of age. Individuals will be given resources on prenatal and postnatal health, SIDS, car seat installations, etc. Our purpose is to encourage healthy pregnancy and children overall and to help new parents have basic needs met during the first few years of life. This event will be located at Lenoir County Cooperative Extension (1791 NC-11, Kinston NC 28504). There will be fun games, gifts, free diaper caddies with baby supplies (courtesy of the Lighthouse Project), informational tables, and refreshments. Admission is FREE for everyone!

The Partnership for Children of Lenoir and Greene Counties is a local nonprofit organization that provides funding and oversight to programs serving young children and their families. The local Smart Start organization, established 1994, is dedicated to their mission of “developing today’s children to become tomorrow’s leaders.”
